We aim to keep product names, images, specifications, availability and prices accurate, but errors and stock changes can occur. A website listing does not guarantee availability until the order or quotation is confirmed.
3. Orders and quotations
An online order, enquiry or RFQ is subject to confirmation. A formal quotation may include validity dates, delivery charges, payment terms, product substitutions, lead times or other conditions that apply specifically to that transaction.
