Yes. The RFQ workflow is designed for offices, organisations, schools, institutions and other buyers that need written pricing and product quantities.
How is delivery charged?
Delivery terms are confirmed for each order according to product size, quantity, destination and access requirements.
Can I ask about a product before buying?
Yes. Use the product enquiry, WhatsApp or contact options when they are available on the site.
What if a product is out of stock?
Availability can change. We may suggest a restock date, an alternative product or a quotation for a suitable substitute.
Can I upload an RFQ, image or specification document?
Yes. The quotation form supports common image and PDF attachments subject to the upload limits shown on the form.
